This location is horrible. I initially requested an appointment at a certain time and received a call to reschedule my appointment 2 hours earlier than expected which was no problem. I brought my car an hour early because I was available, and went browsing in the strip mall while waiting. I came to check on my car 2 hours later and was told I needed to leave it there to get service the next day. No phone calls, texts or emails. 0 communication and no apology. Went to fairborn the next day, 0 problems at that location.

Firestone on Woodman Drive, Dayton Oh. Ethan was my service rep., on my 2021 Toyota TRD Sport. He did an outstanding job from start to finish. He answered my telephone call almost immediately, quickly sourced the tire and asked me when I'd like to come in? I said right away since I had one tire in dire need. Ethan impressed me with his ambition to do a great job, so I purchased an entire set of new tires along with a lifetime alignment warranty! The prices were great and I was in and out with 60 Minutes. Amazing!

I walked in the store is organized and clean. I came in upset by the way the competitor across the parking lot treated me. I was welcomed by Ethan who provided exceptional service. He ran a pressure test and did a coolant flush with the proper coolant for my Ford Fiesta. I will be back for tires before winter. Exceptional customer care.

A few months ago my wife’s car needed the A/C repaired. It was taken in for a diagnostic and was able to get the part fixed $1200 later to which they said it was ONE part that needed replaced and it would be fine. To add to that a warranty for that part was also purchased. Since then the A/C still wasn’t working and I called to make sure they would only look at that part that was covered under warranty. I dropped it off 8 am this morning and called around 4 pm to check the status. And to my surprise they decided to take it upon themselves to run a separate diagnostic and want to charge me an additional $140 and drained the coolant to the car. Not to mention they didn’t even look at the part that was under warranty. They didn’t do anything I asked and were really rude. It’s unbelievable that now I’m gonna have to spend more money for something they decided to take apart without consulting me first. This Firestone is horrible.

I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Woodman location today. I arrived around 8:30 AM and made an appointment for 12:00 PM to have all four tires replaced. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Simple enough. At 2:00 PM, after hearing nothing, I called to check on the status. I was told they were “working on it” and that it would be about another hour. The person answering the phone made it very clear by his tone that I shouldn’t bother calling back and that “they would call me when it was done.” What makes this even more frustrating is that I checked my vehicle location app immediately after that call and my car had not even been moved from the parking lot. About 20 minutes later, I finally got a notification that it had been moved into the building. By 3:30 PM, after wasting most of my day, I drove up there myself to see what was going on. I sat there for about 20 minutes watching mechanics slowly wandering around, standing outside the bays smoking and wasting time while my car sat up on the rack with no tires on it. It was very obvious nothing urgent was happening. After finally speaking calmly with the mana
